Here I will be adding quick recipies that take approximately 10 minutes of prep time. With a chronic pain condition, or similar health issues, it is hard to stand in the kitchen for very long. That makes these recipies ideal. I won’t pretend to be Gordon Ramsey, but every recipe is one I serve my family. I also have a very picky 7 year old who snubs her nose at fruits and vegetables. In many of these recipies I have found clever ways to sneak them in without her noticing. I hope your families enjoy them as much as mine.
